Redwood Day Camp

This popular camp teaches real life skills in socialization, leadership and teamwork while exploring the world of nature, art, cooking and cooperative games all in the beautiful setting of Redwood Park.
Each week's unique theme adds new and exciting activities for a whole summer of fun.

FOR AGES 5 TO 12 YEARS

Location: Redwood Lodge,
    490 E Park Rd, Redwood Park

Each week, groups of 10 campers are assigned to one leader based on their age range and Full Day or Morning Only status.

Send your camper with lunch, a water bottle,
a healthy snack and sunscreen everyday!

Free lunches are provided for those in need through the Food for People's Children's summer lunch program.

FULL DAY CAMPERS
Days/Times: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Extended Care: 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
                    AND 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Weekly Fee: $150 / $161 non-resident
Week 3* Fee: $120 / $131 non-resident


MORNING ONLY CAMPERS
Days/Times: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Extended Care: 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Weekly Fee: $110 / $121 non-resident
Week 3* Fee: $88 / $99 non-resident

    Redwood Day Camp Sleepovers!

    Friday, July 19    AND    Friday, August 9
     
    Campers wanting to attend a sleepover must be enrolled in Redwood Day Camp this summer.
    Must pre-register with the office. Space is limited to 30 campers for each sleepover date.

    Ages: 7 –12 (6 yrs w/sibling)
    Location: Sleep in the Redwood Lodge
    Dates: Friday, July 19
       AND Friday, August 9
    Time: Drop-Off Friday, 7:30 p.m.
              Pick-Up Saturday, 9:30 a.m.
    Fee: $33 / $38 non-resident

    Enrollment opens two weeks prior to each sleepover.

    Day Camp Combo

    Combine Mornings Only Redwood Day Camp with an afternoon camp for a full day of fun!
      Sorry, transportation is not provided to/from the Arcata Skate Park or the Arcata Marsh.

    Camp Combo Weekly Fee: $150 resident / $172 non-resident
    Week 3* Camp Combo Weekly Fee: $120 resident / $142 non-resident
