The Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Arcata Community Development Agency (“Oversight Board”) was created by redevelopment dissolution law to review, direct, and approve certain actions of the Successor Agency. The Oversight Board is tasked with reviewing Successor Agency decisions for compliance with dissolution law. In addition, the Oversight Board has a fiduciary responsibility to the taxing entities affected by redevelopment.
Oversight Board regular meetings are held on the fourth Thursday in the last month of each fiscal quarter. The Oversight Board also holds special meetings as needed. Agendas and Minutes are posted at City Hall and on the City’s website.
