Zoning and Land Use Code

The purpose of zoning is to implement the policies of the General Plan. The zoning of a property will confirm what types of activities are allowed on a parcel. Article 2 of the  Arcata Land Use Code identifies the allowable land uses for Arcata’s various zoning districts.
