The City of Arcata has beautiful, lush, green soccer fields and immaculately maintained softball and baseball fields and renovated tennis courts that are available for public use.
- Arcata Ball Park (888 F Street)
- Arcata Sports Complex (321 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway)
- Fields at Pacific Union School (3001 Janes Road, behind the school)
- Tennis Courts at Larson Park (901 Grant Avenue, cross street Eye Street)

Discounts:
Arcata Based Youth Non-profits: (Does not apply to light and concession fees.)
Defined as organizations that have legal non-profit status, whose primary function is serving youth 17 years and under, and that have at least 51% of their participants residing within the Arcata City limits. If not, tournaments will be charged regular tournament fees. Discount does not apply to light and concession fees.
School Districts within Arcata must have joint use agreements on file with the City of Arcata in order to receive discount rate.
To Make a Reservation
Complete and sign a Field Reservation Form (PDF), include the field rental deposit and submit it to the Arcata Recreation Division Office.
Field Condition Updates
Field conditions are evaluated daily. If there is a question about the playability of a field, the determination will be made and updated at 3 p.m. If you still have a question regarding the days field use, call the Arcata Recreation Office at 707-822-7091 after 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
