The Arcata Marsh Interpretive Center (AMIC) will be adjusting its hours for the winter season.
The AMIC provides information and exhibits to visitors about the wildlife and ecology of the Arcata Marsh. Come visit to learn more about how the Marsh functions as part of the City of Arcata’s wastewater treatment system. Find out about tours and events offered in the Marsh as well as bird and wildlife sightings.
For the winter season, the AMIC will be reducing its hours. These reduced hours are already in effect. The Interpretive Center, found at 569 South G Street in Arcata, will now open at 10 a.m. and may close as early as 4 p.m. dependent on weather.
