Join the City of Arcata for a Local Coastal Program Environmental Scoping Meeting on Monday, Dec. 18.
The City of Arcata is finalizing the comprehensive update to the Local Coastal Program which affects all development in the Coastal Zone. The public is invited to the Environmental Scoping Meeting to provide input on which special studies should be included as part of the environmental review. The meeting will include an introduction to the Local Coastal Program.
The meeting will be on Monday, Dec. 18, from 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall located at 736 F St. in Arcata.
The City will also be accepting written comments on environmental scoping and special studies. These should be emailed to David Loya, dloya@cityofarcata.org and cc Kiko Barr, kbarr@cityofarcata.org.
