City Hall offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Arcata Police Department emergency services will remain fully operational, and City Hall offices will re-open for regular business on Monday, November 27 at 9 am.
