Payment Plan: (Not available with online enrollment and must be done with the office.)

To Utilize our payment plan option, you must first complete an automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization form and submit it to the Recreation Office.
How the payment plan works:
• Pay for your child's first week of camp in full plus a non-refundable $30 deposit towards each additional week of camp.
• A payment for the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file two weeks prior to the start of that camps.
• Prior to enrollment, along with a registration form, you must complete a scholarship form for each child.
• You must also submit proof of eligibility along with your completed form.
• Please reference the Income Eligibility Guidelines for Free/Reduced School Meals for your eligibility.
• Prior to enrollment, along with a registration form, you must complete the use agreement form.
• Prior to enrollment, you must also have a current Child Care Certificate on file from Changing Tides.
• Please contact Arcata Recreation in advance to notify us you will be utilizing Changing Tides and ensure all paperwork is in order. Once you have been approved, we can direct you in next steps to enroll.
• Those families wishing to utilize changing tides should NOT pay out of pocket. Once pre- approved, families utilizing Changing Tides can enroll without paying fees, and the City will invoice Changing Tides on a monthly basis.
