Amendment to Mobilehome Park Regulations Pertaining to Space Rent Stabilization
An ordinance amending Arcata mobilehome park regulations pertaining to space rent stabilization will be heard at the City Council Meeting on Wednesday December 19, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers. You can view the staff report and draft ordinance here:

The Council is being asked to consider public comment and the staff report recommendation, and provide staff direction. While the council may introduce the ordinance, staff is only seeking direction for the amendments at this meeting.
Ordinance Update as of November 2, 2017:
Ordinance #1487 was adopted at the November 1, 2017, Regular City Council Meeting. The ordinance took effect 30 days from the date of passage. It is available for public review here.
