Pre-Application Meetings

Larger or fairly complex development projects will usually benefit from a Pre-Application Meeting.  The meeting brings together City staff from different departments, and sometimes outside agencies, to answer questions and provide comments on the proposed project.  You can come away from the meeting knowing what City staff will require for your project, which will assist in helping you make informed decisions.

There is no cost for this meeting.  We do require that you make your request a week in advance, and come prepared with specific questions.  You can provide electronic copies of all documents, though you may want to provide several hard copies of plans for larger projects to facilitate review.  Meetings are held on Mondays at 3:30 p.m.
