Water & Sewer Bill

Water and sewer bill payments may be made in the following ways:
  • Drop Boxes: Located in front of City Hall and in the back parking lot near the Library
  • In person: At Arcata City Hall
  • Mail: Please mail payment to 736 F Street, Arcata, CA 95521
  • Online: The City of Arcata accepts online payments. You can view your City of Arcata Utility bills online, set up e-bills and go paperless.
