Arcata Marsh trail resurfacing work begins Monday, July 21

Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary users, there will be resurfacing work on trails to the east and west of South I Street beginning on Monday, July 21, and lasting for about two weeks. Please access the Marsh trail system from the Marsh Interpretive Center parking lot at 569 South G Street and from the City Corporation Yard parking lot at 600 South G Street.

Arcata Marsh trail resurfacing work begins Monday, July 21

Beginning next Monday, July 21, 2014, and continuing for two weeks, the City of Arcata is resurfacing the trails west of South I Street. The City will also be completing trail work on the east side of South I Street leading to the parking lot and boat launch. Trails may be closed at times as materials are delivered and work is performed to improve the trail surfaces.

Efforts will be made to minimize disturbances to recreational users. Users are encouraged to access the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary from South G Street at the Marsh Interpretative Center parking lot at 569 South G Street and the parking lot at 600 South G Street adjacent to the City of Arcata corporation yard.
