Invitation for Proposals

The City of Arcata reqeusts proposals for the sale and development of the property known as Twin Parks in Arcata, California.  A copy of the invitation can be found here.  

The Invitation provides the background of the property, and the City's rationale for selling the property with the opportunity to develop an existing conceptual master plan.  Additional information, together with supporting documentation can be found below.
