City Of Arcata

The City's Economic Development Strategic Plan is rooted in the key characteristics, trends and values of our unique Arcata community.  To create a Plan that is matched to both current and anticipated future circumstances in Arcata, a variety of indicators for Arcata are identified and analyzed to compile a community profile.

The City of Arcata updates the Economic Development Strategic Plan every five years.  The current Plan is from 2004-2009.  The City is in the process of completing the 2010-2014 Plan.
